Refund policy

Natural Variation

Each piece is hand finished from natural beech wood. Variations in grain, tone, and texture are part of the material and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
• Please contact us before sending the item back so we can confirm the return address

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Situations

Custom or made-to-order pieces created with special modifications (e.g. custom dimensions) may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.
