2. Products

All items sold by TyWoodArts are individually hand finished from natural beech wood. Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, texture, and exact dimensions between pieces are normal and expected — they are not considered defects. Product photographs are representative; the piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and include applicable import duties for shipments to the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping times, costs, and our return process are described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in those policies.

All designs, carvings, photographs, and written content on this website are the original work of TyWoodArts and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

TyWoodArts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
